Country singer Rhea Francani releases new single ‘I’m More’

NASHVILLE, Tenn., 2021-Mar-23 — /Indie Music News Network/ —

Country-pop singer Rhea Francani has released her latest official single, “I’m More.” Like previous Francani releases, it has been proudly published independently on the Limestone Records record label. The most prominent official release from Francani since her 2020 single “I’ll Go,” “I’m More” is the freshest reason for pop-country fans to sit up and pay attention to this constantly surprising young artist from NYC by way of Nashville.

In addition to the considerable talents of Francani, herself, “I’m More” features work from veteran session players from Nashville’s famed Blackbird Studio, including ACM Award nominees Mike Rojas and Evan Hutchings.

Similar to Kelsea Ballerini and Carly Pearce,” writes Limestone Records, “Rhea’s contemporary sound blurs the lines between country and pop. Her bold energy has been compared to Carrie Underwood and Chris Stapleton. Her soulful spirit is reminiscent of Lady A’s and Little Big Town’s classic hits.”

Rhea Francani has cited as main influences Maren Morris, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Boyz II Men.

I love big female voices,” says Francani. “Each of the singers I listed is so talented and brings something special and unique to the table.”

She’s also drawn to the American country-music sound in a way which guides her artistic direction. She writes of this:

I grew up listening to a wide range of music, but I’ve always loved country. I gravitated to the lyrics in country music and the beautiful stories country songs tell. The more I listened to country, the more I wanted to write and sing in the genre. Although I am from New York, I am drawn to the southern charm of country music’s heartfelt lyrics — songs about love, life, and good times. I bring a bit of the city to the country.”

Today, Rhea Francani splits her time between writing, performing and recording original music and teaching performing arts at the renowned Florida Atlantic University in South Florida.

I also oversee a performing-arts program for middle-school students,” she writes, “mentoring them while also crafting my own music. With every journey, I find myself so grateful for my family. They truly are the wind beneath my wings.”

Rhea Francani proudly works with the Save the Music Foundation, which brings music education to the roughly 30% of US students without access to music ed., the majority of whom suffer from income inequality at their home, school, or both.

I am humbled to be invited to support the amazing work that Save the Music does,” Francani says. “As a music teacher, I understand the vital role music plays in uniting communities and giving all children a shot at a brighter future.”

We’ve seen the power of music get people through a very challenging time,” said Henry Donahue, Executive Director of VH 1 Save The Music Foundation. “Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, school budgets are being spread too thin, new safety guidelines are creating schedule restrictions for music classes, and many students still remain learning from home. We’re grateful to partner with Rhea and her personal connection to our mission as a music teacher makes it all the more meaningful.”

I’m More” by Rhea Francani on the Limestone Records label is available from quality digital music stores online worldwide now. Get in early, country-pop music fans.

Rhea Francani Releases New Single “I’ll Go”

Country pop singer/songwriter and producer Rhea Francani has released her latest single titled “I’ll Go.” The song was published as an independent release by the Limestone Records LLC music label.

Lively and inspiring, “I’ll Go” is the latest reason to consider Rhea Francani as New York’s best country music export in recent memory.

Rhea Francani says her artistic influences include Maren Morris, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Boyz II Men.

“The list goes on and on!” Francani laughs.

Her own sound takes those influences, dials back the pop, adds Americana and fine-tunes the style with carefully deliberate songwriting. With an emphasis on clarion singing, subtle accompaniment and heartfelt performances by Francani and her instrumentalists, “I’ll Go” by Rhea Francani has something for every fan of contemporary country music.

Similar to Kelsea Ballerini and Carly Pearce, Rhea’s cosmopolitan sound blurs the lines between country and pop. Her bold energy has been compared to Carrie Underwood and Chris Stapleton. Her soulful spirit is reminiscent of classic hits from Lady A and Little Big Town.

“I composed this song to reflect the deep commitment of someone in love. When it’s genuine, you’ll follow that person to any place and through anything,” Rhea Francani said.  “Most importantly, choose love – again and again.”

Rhea Francani’s sound is finessed music blending classic country with bluegrass, pop and rock sounds to create a distinctive country brand of music, style and fun.

After earning her Master’s degree in Music and Music Education from Columbia University in 2015, Francani moved from NYC to the country music capital of Nashville to co-produce her self-penned 12-track debut album “Now or Never”. Recorded at OmniSound Studios, the album features singles “Is This Love,” “Shotgun Baby” and “Dizzy,” which reached #11 on the global HotDisc chart and received circulation on All Access Nashville radio services, as well as international acclaim.

When Francani was asked to build a world-class performing arts program for the middle school at Florida Atlantic University, she moved to southern Florida to mentor the next generation of great performers while still creating her own music.

“I’m excited to share my new music while encouraging students to follow their own creative dreams! In fact, my students chose this song to be the first single released in this new chapter.”

Rhea Francani has performed at sold-out events including the WYRK Acoustic Show featuring Maren Morris, Chris Janson and Big & Rich; enjoyed tremendous television coverage; played live on numerous radio stations; and produced her own music showcases in prominent country music venues.

The singer and songwriter of country music known as Rhea Francani has released her debut full-length album, “Now or Never.” The track has been proudly published on the Limestone Records LLC independent music label. It contains 12 original songs for an approximate listening time of 45 minutes. These include her hit singles, “Dizzy” and “Shotgun Baby,” which have won her country and pop music listeners all over North America. Populated with catchy hooks, danceable rhythms and the genuine, warm singing for which fans have come to love her, “Now or Never” showcases Rhea Francani as the most important new country artist of 2016.

Rhea Francani cites as artistic influences Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and Michael Jackson. The overarching character present in her “Now or Never” record is her own, however. This is partially due to sonic roots which stretch far into her past.

“I started singing when I was really young,” notes Francani. “Being around my family inspired me a lot with music.”

The familial aspect of Francani’s “Now or Never” debut is such that two of its 12 tracks are written by her sister, Adria. It’s an album of much emotional and tonal scope, with traditional rock-tinged country songs like “Runaway,” harder tracks like “Whatcha Gonna Say,” delicate ballads like “I Want You to Know,” and songs of great intensity like “Is this Love.” It’s a highly personal record, one in which Francani wears her heart on her sleeve.

“My debut shares honest experiences with listeners I think they are familiar with,” Francani writes. “It’s filled with lyrics about life and love. Both can be beautiful and fleeting at the same time and I believe the songs off the album portray the beautiful experiences, as well as the challenges that come throughout the journey of life.”

Pressed to describe “Now or Never”’s overall theme, she writes:

“Take in every moment and live in the now.”

Francani’s first single, “Dizzy,” has reached #11 on the global HotDisc chart and is in rotation on All Access Nashville radio services. Raised in New York but living now in Nashville, TN, her debut EP, “I Want You to Know,” was the anthem of a city girl with a country spirit.

“Although I am from New York,” she writes, “I am drawn to the southern charm of country music’s heartfelt lyrics – songs about love, life, and good times. I bring a bit of the city to the country.”

Previous to her career as a singer-songwriter, Rhea Francani performed jazz and theater, and nurtured her future career as a musician by listening to Motown soul.

“Now or Never” by Rhea Francani is available at over 700 digital music stores online worldwide beginning 19 July 2016. Get in early, country fans.

In addition to the considerable talents of Rhea Francani, herself, “Shotgun Baby” includes the skills of top Nashville session musicians directed by Wanda Vick, Michael Walter at OmniSound Studios (producer, engineer), Grammy Award Winner Richard Dodd (mastering), and Jeff Johnson (cover photography, Carrie Underwood, Billy Currington et al).
